Benjamin Hooks Released from Power Luncheon

Dr. Benjamin Hooks still has the power...we think.

Greater Louisville Inc. and the Kentuckiana Minority Business Council have postponed their upcoming Power Luncheon event because the speaker, Dr. Benjamin L. Hooks, is unable to travel because of health reasons. The luncheon was scheduled for Wednesday, April 2, at the Galt House Hotel & Suites.

Hooks was executive director of the NAACP for 15 years. He received the Presidential Medal of Freedom last year. We hope he can break free of whatever it is that currently plagues him.
