Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher is back home, after spending a night in a London hospital for medical checks.

The 82-year-old former Conservative leader wasn't feeling well during dinner with friends near the House of Lords in central London.

The former British leader retired from public life after a stroke in 2002, and has suffered several smaller strokes since then. No details have been released about her latest medical issues.
