I Spy With My Little Eye a Spy and a Nobel Prize Winner

If this guy was casting the evil eye and he was the one murdered, you can only wonder what's going to happen to the person he cast that evil eye upon.

Speaking of evil eyes, we have a birthday of someone who was an evil guy (or an evil spy, whichever pun you prefer).

Yesterday was somebody's Birthday! Whose Birthday? German Spy Erich Gimpel's Birthday. How Old Is He? 1,2,3,4... 98! And Never been Kissed By... Death

Erich Gimpel's name appears on "Kraut's Picks'" roster

  • Gimpel was the last person to be tried before a U.S. military tribunal.
An honor I'm sure he cherishes to this day.

Yesterday was somebody else's Birthday! Whose Birthday? Nobel Laureate Norman Borlaug's Birthday. How Old Is He? 1,2,3,4... 94! And Never been Kissed By... Death

Norman Borlaug's name appears on "CraigsDeathList.org's" roster
  • In 1986, Borlaug established the World Food Prize to recognize individuals who have improved the quality, quantity or availability of food around the globe.
Based on those criteria, it doesn't seem as though your local Wendy's will have to be making room for a World Food Prize anytime soon.

... And Many More!
